"Losing a pet and emotionally handling the loss is hard enough, but when you have a vets office that can compassionately help you through that time makes a world of difference. During lockdown and even months after, I was grappling with declining health of my dog and had just moved to Muncie. Care Animal Hospital was recommended to me and I couldn't be more grateful for the compassion they showed at that time. Now, years later, my other dog was declining quickly in her older age but I have since moved away from Muncie. I traveled over three hours to bring her to the same vet her brother went to because of the compassion the staff shows, the speed that they are able to work with their cremation services and get my fur baby back home, and knowing that they truly care for animals. For me, it wasn't a question - I would drive the three hours there and three hours back because my fur babies deserve the best. Thank you for handling them with such care but also for the compassion your staff showed during both of the most difficult times saying goodbye to my children's emotional support dogs after so many years."
